Safety

At CSA Construction the personal safety and health of each employee is of primary importance. The prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it is given precedence over operating productivity whenever necessary. We maintain a safety and health program conforming to the best management practices of organizations of our type.

We are proud to have been awarded for the eighth consecutive year, an award from our captive insurance company for the results obtained through the training and education efforts performed. These efforts keep our workers compensation mod rates well below the national average and allow our employees to work together with other employees in an environment that protects each of them from the inherent hazards of their occupations.
