New membrane water treatment at the wastewater treatment plant in Big Spring, Texas. Treated effluent is taken from the wastewater treatment plant and further treated in this water treatment facility. Included were glass lined raw water holding tanks, membrane building with microfiltration equipment and discharge pumping and piping back to their raw water supply pipeline.
